Today we are pleased to welcome Wani from Wani Olatunde Photography with a styled shoot that is sure to give you some serious inspiration for your wedding day look.
While weddings are currently being postponed, wedding planning doesn’t have to be. And everyone knows one of the most important decisions a bride has to make on her wedding day is THE DRESS! #fact #noargument
We wanted to help provide some bridal inspiration for brides who were still in the early wedding planning stages with this simple idea. The concept behind this styled bridal shoot is all about celebrating different bride personalities through their wedding dress selection. We chose 3 very different looks – classic, glam and romantic – and I loved how it all came together quite beautifully.

Elegance
For the Elegant Bride, we selected a stunning piece from British design label Louise Bentley. It’s a simple silhouette but the full skirt and statement bow make it perfect for the bride who enjoys simplicity but still wants to make an impact. A beautiful soft updo complements the look without competing with the bow detail.

Romance
The Romantic Princess bride is wearing a gorgeous piece from the Ladybird Collection. Its huge tulle skirt with the sparkle underlay is bound to leave this bride feeling like Cinderella at the ball. Paired with a gorgeous cathedral veil from Richard Designs, this is perfect for the quintessential princess bride. The whimsical half up half down hairstyling worked beautifully.

Glamour
Our final look is the Hollywood Glamour bride. Here we chose a non-traditional sequined gown from White Rose Bridal. Perfect for the non-traditional bride but also works well as a reception dress at the after-party.

I loved working with my fellow Milton Keynes based wedding vendors on this project. The dresses were all provided by mother & daughter team, Hannah & Tina, of Ellia Bridal Boutique. They have a gorgeous selection of dresses for all shapes and sizes at their boutique in Milton Keynes – so definitely worth a visit.
Hair and makeup stylist, Blessing of Adunni Belle Beauty, is the talent behind the gorgeous hair and makeup looks. She was inspired by the personality of the dresses but her focus is always on making sure the bride’s beauty shines through.
