The Inspiration
Seeing so many couples with their heart set on an outdoor ceremony, there is often disappointment when the wedding is moved inside due to the weather. With this in mind Nikki from Nikki’s Moments Photography and Film wanted to create a shoot based around the concept of bringing the outside in, showing that an inside option can be just as beautiful and floral!
The design was carefully thought out to create lots of different textures, for that wild look whilst maintaining the elegance and beauty of the design.

The Venue
With a modern, contemporary yet elegant theme in mind, the simplicity of The Barn at Alswick provided the perfect backdrop to let the flowers take the focus.

The Colour Scheme
With white’s and subtle pastels, the simple colour scheme flows beautifully throughout this shoot, from the table styling to the outfits. By introducing the texture of the floral greenery the elegant, yet wild of the outdoors is reflected in every element, whilst the couple portraits embrace a more neutral and blush flower choice.

The Hair and Makeup
Katie Bish Makeup and Emma Kim Hair worked together to create a beautifully simple, yet elegant bridal look, with the final look complementing the vintage texture of the dress. Emma Kim created two stunning hairstyles for this bride, a simple up-do for the ceremony, with the option to let it down for a more bohemian loose reception style.
Katie Bish opted to create a subtle makeup look, which emphasises the natural beauty of the bride, without overpowering her overall look.
