Today we have this stunning shoot at Offley Place to share with you. Beth from Miss Carlysle and Co, and many talented suppliers got together to create this elegant mint green inspired styled shoot.
The Venue and inspiration
We managed to bring together this shoot with a mint green and white colour palette, and an elegant theme. A truly beautiful colour palette. Offley place is known for being a luxurious Manor House hotel, set in the Hertfordshire countryside of Offley, with 27 acres of parkland which is gorgeous all year round. They have adapted their services to suit the needs of brides and grooms with intimate weddings, truly creating your ideal happily ever after.
The Flowers
Beth from Miss Carlysle and Co worked closely with Alina from Saras Events Flowers, styling the shoot to suit the mint green and elegant theme. Alina created beautiful blooming florals from white roses with foliage incorporated into the bouquet and centrepieces, truly stunning!!
The Styling
Jo from Stardust Events worked her magic, creating a beautiful scape around the table with mint green napkins and runners to fit in with our theme. From clear vases to floating candles to the tablescape. Worked well with Kate from Wren Prop Hire with her clear elegant chargers and beautiful tableware. Designed with a relaxed, luxe tablescape feel with an intimate wedding set in mind, as the 15 guests may be happening for a little while, as businesses we need to adapt and find ways to flow with the constant changes, how we are going to incorporate them into our life and work.

The Cake and stationery
Shelley from La Belle Cake Company worked her magic with the cake! Seeing her vision come to life, working with the colour palette and putting her twist on an elegant cake with a mint green colour palette, was wonderful.
The stationery created by Tracey from Tiggity Boo captured the true elegance of this shoot with this timeless design.
the Bride
Niki Make Up stated ‘For the bridal makeup for this shoot I used neutral shades on the eyes, lips and cheeks to create a naturally elegant and timeless makeup to compliment the venue Offley Place as well as the overall styling of the shoot. I enhanced the Bride’s eyes with a few individual lashes at the corners, and used subtle contouring and highlighting techniques to define facial features and achieve a radiant glow’.
Wed Lock Hair stated ‘With such an elegant venue, a dress full of drama and the groom in a tux, I wanted a really elegant hairstyle for our bride. So we chose to sweep all the hair up, with just a few loose tendrils around the face to soften and flatter Libby’s features. I added height at the front for extra elegance and used texture to show off our bride’s highlights and keep the overall look modern and up to date. Although Libby’s hair is bob length, we were able to create a classy updo without any extensions, keeping it light and easy to wear.’

The Dress
Sarah from Ivory and Lace adapts her work to suit the needs of the bride. Sarah stated ‘Offley place is a stunning 17th century country house, the dress needed a real feel of romance and class. The chosen dress for the styled shoot was Ambrosia, part of the Morilee Signature collection, the dress is a classic beauty featuring a stunning off the shoulder long sleeve lace bodice with A-line skirt. Ambrosia was the perfect selection for Offley Place style shoot and Libby looked amazing’.
The Celebrant
Kelly is a fun and modern celebrant based in Hertfordshire, she is qualified to the highest standards currently available in the UK, as well as being a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants. Kelly is passionate for all couples to have the wedding day of their dreams and this should start at the ceremony. Each one will reflect the individual characters of the couples Kelly works with and will be written to match their vision for the day.

Kelly will support you with writing your vows, full of jokes, happiness and love, giving your family the chance to see your day even if its a year on from your wedding! In this case Libby and Steve’s ceremony was set on the patio area with beautiful views across the land of Offley Place. It made for a relaxed vibe, with nothing more required as a backdrop than the beautiful and ornate building.
