2019 Pantone Colour of the Year- Wedding Inspiration

That’s right, its here! The official 2019 Colour of the Year will be….. Living Coral!!!!!!!! I love prediction trends, especially with weddings. Its always fun to see what is up and coming and to see throughout the year, how brides like you, embrace the trends and make them your own. I’m personally a big fan of CORAL and can’t wait to see what you all do with it. Coral is a gentle nudge out of the blushes and soft pastels, its hint of orange kicks it into a bolder hue bringing us into brighter and more daring colour schemes once again. With this more energetic colour it should bring about another layer of creativity and excitement to the wedding scene. I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of the wedding trends will follow suit.

When choosing my flowers I hadn't even considered where in the world they came from, I just assumed they were grown locally, but perhaps I had it all wrong! In an age when we are all thinking more about the environment, and where things come from, perhaps it's time to start thinking about our flowers with a different frame of mind.

Today local flower farmer Emma from Urban Flower Farmer is going to challenge us on why buying British could be the best option, so don't be afraid to chat to your florist about what they source their flowers.
